Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
To access cl9's full range of services, you'll need to register an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. cl9 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect any unauthorised access, please contact our support team immediately.
- Users must be 18 years of age or older to register and use the platform.
- Providing false or misleading registration information may result in immediate account closure.
- Cl9 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time for security or compliance purposes.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Cl9 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful and permitted purposes. Any attempt to manipulate games, exploit the system, or misuse the platform will result in immediate action, including temporary suspension or permanent account closure.
You agree not to use the cl9 platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other illegal activities. Users are also prohibited from sharing accounts, transferring account balances to third parties, or using automated software (bots) to interact with the platform.
- Any behaviour that disrupts other users' experience on the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographical restrictions may be a violation of these terms.
- Cl9 reserves the right to decline or void any transaction deemed suspicious.
Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All transactions on the cl9 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals may only be made via payment methods approved by cl9, including local bank transfers, GrabPay, and DuitNow.
Cl9 is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may take up to three business days to complete.
Any attempt to commit payment fraud — including the use of unauthorised credit cards or bank accounts — will be reported to the relevant authorities and the user's account will be closed immediately.
Liability Limitations & Account Closure Policy
Cl9 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services. cl9's total liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user within the 30 days preceding the claim.
Cl9 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for the following reasons: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, requests from authorities, or at cl9's absolute discretion. In the event of account closure, any valid remaining balance will be returned to the user once all reviews are completed.
Cl9 also does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of its services at all times. Scheduled maintenance and technical disruptions may occur without prior notice.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the cl9 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of cl9 or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use any of this content without prior written permission from cl9.
The cl9 platform may contain links to third-party websites. cl9 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You access such links entirely at your own risk.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the use of the cl9 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism under Malaysian law.
